www.dhow.biz is owned and operated by Dhow Company for Managing Websites, located in the State of Kuwait. The terms (“DHOW.biz”, “Website”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”) when used in these Terms of Use means Dhow Company for Managing Websites, Kuwait. The terms (“Company”, “User”, “His”, “He”, and “Himself”) when used in these Terms of Use means any person who accesses this website for whatever purpose, regardless of being a registered User or not. A User includes the person using this website and any legal entity which may be represented by such person under actual or apparent authority. The term (“Agreement”) represent these Terms of Use.

Services

DHOW.biz offers several new and creative products and services, in which are developed continuously. These Products and Services are available in the “Register Now” page at DHOW.biz. The User needs to register for either all or any of these services in order to have an access to the desired products and services. DHOW.biz will keep enhancing its products and services, and we will be updating our clients and users with all about the new products/services. The current services are:

• Users' Company Profile: This information is used to be posted on the largest Middle East Business Directory. The user will be able to post all of his company’s necessary data like: company name, logo, business focus, business categories and subcategories, website, Tel, Fax, address, and other contact information, company brief description, photos, and other related information.

• Users' Products/Services: The user will be able to post products/services that his company sell. Each product/service is defined by (name, description, dimensions, images, and compositions). Furthermore, users can select product category, type, and brand. And the user can post up to 30 products/services.

• Selling Leads: The User can promote his products/services by being able to post up to 40 selling leads. The supplier “User” can define the expiry date of his offer, prices, and any other specific information. And he will receive unlimited buying offers for the lead.

• Buying Leads: The user can demand and acquire his company needs of products/services by being able to post up to 40 buying leads. The buyer “User” can define the expiry date of his offer, prices, and any other specific information. And he will receive unlimited selling offers for the lead.

• Job Vacancies: The user can post up to 20 job offers/vacancies with any special specifications, conditions , job description, start/end dates for each offer, and he will be receiving CV’s from candidates.

• Events Announcements: The user can post up to 20 invitations and advertisements for its business events including exhibitions, fairs, conferences, seminars, openings and other similar activities.

Registration

DHOW.biz requires the user to register in order to become a member and to be able to use and benefit from our Products and Services. We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to reject registrations from any user or entity.

User Information

Any information is provided by the user to DHOW.biz during registration process is (“User Information”). The User represents, warrants and covenants that his information is complete and accurate. If the User Information is changed, User is obligated to update his DHOW.biz account. DHOW.biz may use User Information consistent with the way it uses its other customers’ information. Furthermore, DHOW.biz may take any action with respect to User Information that it deems and believes that may create liability for either DHOW.biz or Users.

User Access ID

Upon accepting the terms of this Agreement, User will be provided with (“User Access ID”) that consists of username and password to access the Site. Under no circumstances may User transfer, provide, or disclose his User Access ID to any other third party. Only his authorized current employees may use his User Access ID. All use of User Access ID must be for authorized purposes only. User is responsible for any activity, authorized or unauthorized, on the Site using his User Access ID including but not limited to company profile, products/services description, buying/selling leads, job vacancies and events announcements, and confidential information acquired by unauthorized third parties, excluding activity with User Access ID initiated by the User himself. To prevent unauthorized access, User is responsible for immediately altering or requesting DHOW.biz disable or revoke any User Access ID in the possession an unauthorized User.

Product Listing Policy

Before posting an item on DHOW.biz, the user should carefully read the “Product Listing Policy”. The product listing policy is available at the navigation bar on the bottom of this page. This policy is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement. Such policy may change without noticing the user. The user is required to inform himself of the current listing policy prior to listing any product at DHOW.biz.

Purchasing Product/Service Through DHOW.biz

DHOW.biz is the electronic front of Dhow Company for Managing Websites, and it represents a business-to-business marketplace were users can sell and buy services and products. DHOW.biz does not involve in actual transactions between Users because it is not broker, agent, intermediary or the like of any User. Furthermore, DHOW.biz has no control over and will not be liable for the quality, safety or legality of the products or services published, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell products or services, or the ability of buyers to buy and acquire products or services. DHOW.biz cannot and does not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of products or services they offer, or buyers will complete the purchase of products or services. In addition, DHOW.biz does not endorse the products or services being offered by users or warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by them and does not guarantee that other users will be satisfied with the products and/or services from these users. The available products/services information on the website which were provided by users are uncontrollable. Other Users' information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases may be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. The user is obliged to promptly report to DHOW.biz the details of any information of this nature. The user is advised to be caution and make whatever enquiries he feels are necessary before proceeding with any transactions with another user when using DHOW.biz. In case of the user had a dispute with another user, he shall release and indemnify DHOW.biz from all claims, demands, losses and damages of every kind arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Users' Products/Services Information

The accuracy of information about Users’ products/ services on DHOW.biz is the Users’ responsibility. These products/ services information are provided to DHOW.biz by its member companies, suppliers and vendors. Typographical errors involving pricing, products/ services specific information, shipping, etc. may occur when posting such information by Our member companies, suppliers and vendors. Any web images and descriptions of products/ services shall be understood to be representations only of products/services. Variations in the Users’ computer equipment web browser, or other software may affect Users’ ability to view the Site.

User Obligations

The User is responsible for providing and maintaining all personal computer and communications equipment and Internet access accounts necessary to gain access to this website. In consideration of User use of the website, he agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about himself and his company. The User agrees to use the website in a manner consistent with any and all applicable rules and regulations. As well as agrees not to upload or transmit through the website any computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer. These Terms of Use are made under the Kuwaiti law and this website is operated from Kuwait. The User is responsible for compliance with any applicable laws of the country from which he is accessing this website. We make no representation that the information, products or services available through this website are appropriate or available for use, sale or purchase in some locations worldwide.
