| Job description and responsibilities: |
ADU has an outstanding opportunity for a senior auditor to join its internal audit team and to work at a place that is committed to professional growth and development. Main responsabilities include performing financial, operational, and compliance audits, in addition to participating in special projects and reviewing systems implementation. The incumbent is expected to perform the following:
1. Define audit objectives, scope and audit approach based on risk assessment, and initial internal control evaluation.
Draft audit plan for approval, including time budget, schedule, personnel resources, and IT audit applications. Coordinate with IT auditor and other technical specialists in accordance with system risks.
2. Perform or lead financial, operational, and compliance audits in a professional manner, in accordance with the professional practice of Internal Audit and the Internal Audit Departments risk assessment.

| Requirements and Qualifications: |
1. 4+ years Internal and/or external audit experience with a minimum of two years public accounting with a Big four or national public accounting firm.
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Finance required; a CPA, or a master's degree in Finance as well as any other audit certifications (CIA,CISA ) is desirable.
3. Strong orientation toward internal control risk assessment, and operational auditing.
4. Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Creative problem solving skills.
Line operations experience and a demonstrated, innovative approach to internal audit as a consultative service is a distinct plus. |
