Job description and responsibilities:
1. Plan for Public Relations Activities
2. Supervise and direct the staff of Customer Relations department
3. Conduct Customer Service / Customer Relations meeting
4. Conduct Sales, Parts & Service customer feedback surveys and coordinate with the concerned department head in customer relations / public relations activities etc.
5. Generate regular MIS relating to the Customer Relations department for providing relevant information to Management.
6. Write a CR business plan
7. Suggest & conduct appropriate campaigns with the objective to provide ultimate customer satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience: 10 - 19 years Education: Master's Degree
